This Privacy Policy explains how Jelly Word Merge (“the App”) handles information when you use the Android version distributed on Google Play. We aim to collect as little as necessary to run the game, show ads (unless removed), and process optional in-app purchases.

You may purchase Remove Ads in the App shop. After a successful purchase, ads are disabled while the purchase remains valid on your Google Play account / device restore path.
Optional purchases (such as Remove Ads and Hints Pack) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy.

The App is a general-audience word puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through third-party ads, contact us and also review parental controls / ad settings on the device.
Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Advertising and purchase records may be retained by Google according to their policies. We take reasonable steps appropriate for a small mobile game, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Google and its partners may process data on servers outside your country. Where consent or other legal bases are required, they are handled through the applicable Google Play / AdMob mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
